With the development of the KWS Flask Investment Breaking and Casting Cleaning Machine an essential step towards the simplification and rationalisation of lost wax casting process has been made. Two operations have been unified in one system:

The automatic unbedding of the casting tree from the flask and the following removal of the gypsum from the casting. Manual post-cleaning is as good as eleminated.

During the last years and thanks to our experience, we have been able to use this technology towards other industries which are in need to polish, lap, grind, laser engrave, etc… parts or pieces of different shapes.
Today, we construct the cells upon the need of our customers, starting from 1 cell up to 2, 3 or 4 aligned cells connected with each other.
We start from a standard base with a modern design having security doors, strong suction device with dust collecting, robotic arm and pressure force controller.

Stone Measuring Unit

This High Tech Measuring unit is based on the HDV technology (High Definition 
Vision). With this machine you can measure diamonds and coloured stones upto a precision of +/- 0.01 mm.
The standard version measures stones from 0.65 to 3.0 mm.
In a few seconds, you obtain the perfect stone diameter, thickness of the girdle and total height of the stone.
After the measuring process, stones can be sorted as instructed by the user.
An automatic stone feeding device is placed inside the configuration so that the system can operate overnight and measure and sort a complete batch of stones without intervention of an operator.
